Why we built this

The honest version.

An electrician we know was up until 1 a.m. on a Tuesday counting recessed lights on a remodel plan, hand-tallying with a yellow highlighter. He had three other bids waiting. The next morning he priced the job too low because he was exhausted, then ate the difference for six weeks.

That story is everywhere. Every electrician, plumber, framer, drywaller, GC — every trade — is doing the same paperwork their grandfather did, on plans that have gotten 4× more complex since their grandfather’s time.

The technology to read a plan is finally good enough. The pricing data exists. The local distributor catalogs are online. None of that has been wired together for the people who actually need it — until now.

Encrypted at rest. Scoped to your account. We never train on your work, never sell it, never share it. Delete anytime and it's gone — including from our backups.

Local pricing or no pricing.

A national average is useless for a Bakersfield bid. We price against your actual local distributors — Home Depot in your ZIP, lumber yards down the street, supply houses where you'd actually pick it up.

No Excel slop.

Every report we hand back is designed to be read in a truck cab — clean tables, real vendor phone numbers, no spreadsheet sprawl. Hand it to a client. Order off it. It looks like the company you want to be.
