Terms of service.

Effective: April 1, 2026 · Last updated: April 23, 2026

Welcome. These terms govern your use of Plan Pull, a product operated by Wolf AI, Inc. (a Delaware C-corp) doing business as Wolf Automations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Plan Pull.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Plan Pull. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately at info@planpull.ai.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. What you can do with Plan Pull

You can use Plan Pull to generate takeoffs, estimates, and reports for construction projects you're involved in. You can share the resulting reports with your customers, subs, and team. You can use Plan Pull's output commercially — that's the whole point.

What you can't do

  • Use Plan Pull to build a competing takeoff or estimating product.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Upload plans you don't have the right to upload (e.g. pirated drawings, drawings covered by NDA you don't have the authority to process).
  • Use Plan Pull for anything illegal, including construction fraud, deceiving a customer about scope, or evading licensing requirements.
  • Attempt to harm, overload, or interfere with the service.
  • Resell Plan Pull accounts or API access without a written agreement with us.

3. Your content

You own the plans, photos, sketches, and notes you upload. By using Plan Pull, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of running the service for you — including transmitting it to our AI processing providers (under the constraints described in our privacy policy).

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use it to train public AI models. We do not resell, license, or share it outside of running the service.

4. Plan Pull's output

Reports, PDFs, and exports Plan Pull generates based on your plans are yours to use — in your bids, on your invoices, in your customer-facing documents, however you need them.

Important accuracy disclaimer

Plan Pull is a tool to accelerate takeoffs and estimates. It is not a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor. Its output is a computed estimate, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing Plan Pull's output before relying on it for bidding, permitting, purchasing, or construction. Plan Pull's cost estimates are based on trailing pricing data and can vary by local market conditions, supplier, and time. Verify before you bid.

5. Billing

Plans and charges

Plan Pull offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and pay-as-you-go takeoffs. Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time you purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Free trial

Your first 3 takeoffs are free. No credit card required to start. You only enter payment info when you choose to go beyond the trial.

Refunds

If Plan Pull doesn't save you time or money in the first 30 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund your most recent payment. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Pay-as-you-go takeoffs are non-refundable once processed.

Price changes

If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days notice by email. Price increases take effect on your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you don't agree, cancel before the new price applies.

Taxes

Prices don't include taxes. You're responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar applicable to your use.

6. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. You keep access through the end of the paid period. After that, your account becomes free-tier (limited features, plans archived).

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. In most cases we'll email you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.

7. Changes to the service

We're an active product and we'll keep building. We may add, remove, or change features. We'll give notice for material changes that meaningfully reduce functionality you're paying for. If we remove a feature you rely on, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund.

8. Intellectual property

Plan Pull's software, design, logos, and content (other than your uploaded content) are owned by Wolf AI, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute them except as these terms allow.

9. Third-party services

Plan Pull integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI processing, Supabase for storage, etc.). Those services have their own terms. We're not responsible for their behavior, but we pick reputable providers and hold them to strong contractual obligations.

10. Warranty disclaimer

Plan Pull is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, beyond what's explicitly stated in these terms.

That said: we try really hard to make Plan Pull accurate and reliable. If something is broken, tell us — we'll fix it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf AI, Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Plan Pull is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost bids, or project cost overruns attributed to Plan Pull's output. (This is another reason to verify before you bid.)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf AI, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Plan Pull, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Contra Costa County, California — except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court for IP matters.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email active users and post a notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

Thanks for reading this. We know legal pages are a slog. We wrote these terms to be as plain and fair as we could, because that's how we'd want to be treated. If anything here seems unreasonable, tell us.
